Bank Employee, Rebecca discovered a gap in the market whilst looking for easier ways to get a curly blow dry without going to the hairdressers. She started by carving out brushes and attaching rollers to them so she could give herself a curly blow dry. Whilst not attractive the proto types worked well. With encouragement from a friend, Rebecca decided to put some money into creating a real product and started a website to sell them through.

From the launch back in late November 2014 Pro Blo now averages about 90 sets sold per day and has celebrity backers such as Michelle Keegan and Colleen Rooney. It is also used by the hair team on Take Me Out, Emmerdale and Strictly Come Dancing. Rebecca has resigned the day job to concentrate on building the Pro Blo brand.
